Daniela – The Vision

What does being a woman mean to you today?
For me, being a woman means having the freedom to choose who I want to be, without giving up sensitivity.
In our work, empathy is an incredible strength: understanding our guests, sensing what makes them feel good, and anticipating their wishes.

And femininity?
Femininity is balance.
It is the ability to be strong and gentle at the same time.
At Relais Rossar, this translates into attention to detail, simple beauty and authenticity.

 
Camilla – The Energy

Is being a woman at work more difficult or more inspiring?
Both.
Being a woman often means having to prove a lot, but at the same time it gives you a strong ability to build relationships, create teams and bring harmony.

In our hotel, guests immediately feel this atmosphere — warm, welcoming and almost like being at home.

What makes working among women special?
Collaboration.
When it works well, it becomes an incredible strength: we support each other, complement one another and grow together.

 
Marta – The Heart

What does femininity mean to you?
For me, femininity is care.
Care for others, for spaces, and for the atmosphere.

When I welcome guests or organise a surprise for a guest, I always think about one thing:
how can we make this moment truly special?
