Eco-Friendly Stay with Renewable Energy and Respect for Nature
Relais Rossar, located in a beautiful area immersed in nature, is committed to minimizing its environmental impact. Our property adopts eco-sustainable practices, such as the use of solar panels and photovoltaic systems to generate renewable energy, ensuring efficient and sustainable resource management. Additionally, to power the pool and irrigation, we use natural water drawn from our own water well, reducing the consumption of potable water. Our mission is to provide guests with a stay that respects the environment, without compromising on comfort and quality.
There seems to be plenty to do at Relais Rossar, even when the weather is not the best!

Relaxation and wellness:

Outdoor activities (in the rain!):

🐾 We love dogs – but with a few important considerations!
We’re animal lovers and happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to Relais Rossar.
However, after a few past experiences, we've decided to accept dogs with extra care and only during specific times of the year, to maintain our high standards of cleanliness, calm and comfort for all guests.
📅 We allow a maximum of one dog per night, and only during low season:
From 3rd April to 15th May
From 15th September to 9th November
🐶 It’s essential to inform us before booking if you plan to travel with your dog, so we can check the availability of our dedicated dog-friendly room with a balcony (the only room where pets are allowed).
Please note: rooms with a garden are not accessible to dogs.
👧🐕 We also share our space with Bruna, our own little dog who lives here and enjoys wandering freely in the garden. That’s why we kindly ask that all visiting dogs are well-trained, social, and respectful of others.
📌 A few simple house rules:
Dogs must be on a lead at all times, both indoors and outdoors.
Dogs are NOT allowed in:
the indoor lounge, veranda, or terrace during breakfast
the pool and the main garden
Outside of breakfast hours, guests may enjoy the terrace and our 10,000 m² garden.
Dogs must be fully vaccinated and dewormed.
Dogs must not be washed or groomed in the room, nor are they allowed on beds, chairs, or armchairs. Our linen is reserved for humans.
In case of any "accidents", we kindly ask that you clean up after your pet.
Any damage caused must be reimbursed.
We trust that responsible and caring owners will understand our approach – it’s all about ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, two-legged and four-legged alike. ❤️

To ensure privacy and total relaxation for all our dear guests, our swimming pool is only accessible to guests registered at the hotel.
Our Wellness Area is available to guests from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM by reservation. To ensure the highest level of comfort and tranquility, we try to accommodate a maximum of 6 people at a time.
Inside the spa, you'll find a sauna, steam room, chromotherapy shower, relaxation loungers, flavored drinks, and a mix of fresh and dried fruits.
If you prefer an exclusive moment of privacy, you can reserve a private spa session from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Yes, massages are available by appointment.
You can contact the reception, and we will arrange the type of massage and the time that best suits your needs. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
We do not have a full-scale restaurant, but we offer a cozy bistro with a select menu, available daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Our bar is always open after breakfast until 11:30 PM, offering service on the terrace and by the pool for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
We kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking about any food intolerances or allergies, so we can prepare suitable alternatives and meet your dietary needs. Our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable breakfast experience while respecting all of your dietary requirements.
We accept the following payment methods:
Apple Pay (only via a physical device with biometric authentication enabled)
Physical Visa and Mastercard credit cards
Cash (up to a maximum of €4,999, in accordance with current Italian regulations)

Please note that we do not accept American Express due to its high transaction fees.
